They contain absolutely no artificial ingredients and are 100% free from additives. Only salt, pepper and sage are used to flavour the carefully prepared sausage meat with stale bread from a local bakery added as the binding agent instead of the more commonly used rusk. Stale bread is chosen as it makes the sausages less likely to burst during cooking than fresh bread, but do prick them to be sure.
The overall flavour is unique. Tasty, moist and delicious, made entirely from local pork. Every morsel is carefully checked and prepared by Ian, who has run the shop for over 20 years, having taken over from his father before him.
